A. Your Plan covers one Heating Unit, which includes the diagnosis and, if necessary, the repair, replacement or adjustment of specified parts within your Heating Unit and the thermostat as deemed necessary by our authorized technician, subject to the exclusions set out below.

- Vent System Pressure Switch/Tubing
- Ventor or Motor Assembly
Not covered:
Your Heating Service Plan coverage does not cover ancillary equipment such as air conditioners, humidifiers and air cleaners, parts added on to your Heating Unit to accommodate such equipment, or repairs to the Heating Unit made necessary as a result of faulty ancillary equipment.

B. This Plan covers one Cooling Unit, which includes the diagnosis and, if necessary, the repair, replacement or adjustment of the specified parts within your Cooling Unit and the thermostat as deemed necessary by our authorized technician, subject to the exclusions set out below. The cost to diagnose and replace any defective parts that have caused a refrigerant leak are also included in your Plan coverage.

Not covered:
Your Cooling Service Plan does not cover ancillary equipment such as furnaces, humidifiers and air cleaners or repairs to the Cooling Unit made necessary as a result of faulty ancillary equipment. Zone thermostats/controls and energy management controls, cost of refrigerant recovery, vacuuming and refill Heat pump are also not covered by your Plan. And:
- Window units
- Water towers
- Chillers, chiller components, and water lines.
C. This Plan covers one tank type Water Heater Unit (gas or electric), which includes the diagnosis and, if necessary, the repair, replacement or adjustment of specified parts within your Unit as deemed necessary by our authorized technician, subject to the exclusions set out below.

- Complete burner assembly
- Resettable thermal switch
- Temperature & pressure-relief valve
- Complete blower assembly
- High limit switch
- Vacuum switch
- Electric elements

Not covered:
Your Water Heater Service Plan coverage does not cover ancillary equipment such as mixing valves. And:
- Gas lines.
- Oil burners or oil water heaters
- Fuel storage tanks
- Portable units
*Besides the specific terms listed here, coverage may be limited by general exclusions and limitations in your Hwisel Service Plan Agreement. For more coverage information, please read the sample contract, including but not limited to, the “Coverage Overview” and “Limitations and Exclusions” sections. You must sign up for a one-year commitment, regardless of the method of payment, and will be automatically renewed by on a yearly basis. You may cancel your Plan without penalty by providing notice prior to your Plan renewal date. Coverage is subject to the exceptions in the Plan Terms and Conditions. Prices are subject to change as set out in the Plan Terms and Conditions.
